Scott Lewis is the kind of linebacker coach every defense wants in the room
Scott Lewis is best known as a Saint Francis legend, not a current player: in his Red Flash career, he piled up 524 tackles, earned two All-America honors, and finished third all-time in FCS tackles per game at 12.2, a great sign of relentless motor and field command. He was also a four-time All-NEC selection and the program’s defensive coordinator from 2021 before later moving on, so if you’re evaluating his fit, you’re looking at a high-IQ, culture-setting defensive mind with proven production and leadership rather than a raw athlete.
