quick-twitch LSU linebacker with real pursuit juice
In the 2017 season, Donnie Alexander was a sturdy, instinctive LSU linebacker who finished with 51 tackles, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, and 1 fumble recovery, flashing his best form in a 12-tackle game against Arkansas. LSU described him as an aggressive defender with tremendous quickness and ball pursuit, and his career arc shows value as a dependable, physical special-teams-and-defense piece rather than a headline-grabbing star. If your team needs a fast, smart, downhill linebacker who plays with urgency and can help stabilize the middle, he’s a useful fit.
