Juan Donoso brings size, transfer pedigree, and a linebacker frame to Morehead State
Juan Donoso is a redshirt junior linebacker at Morehead State, listed at 6-2 and 230 pounds, with a background that includes West Hills College and Memorial HS, which gives him a mature, transfer-built profile rather than a raw project[3][10]. He showed up on Morehead State’s 2023 front-seven preview as one of the newcomer additions to the linebacker room, a sign the staff saw him as a meaningful depth-and-upside piece[6]. Statistically, he appears to have been a rotational contributor in the 2023 season rather than a headline tackle producer, so the appeal is more about his size, experience, and fit in a physical defensive role than flashy box-score volume[4].
