Charleston Cougars' Double-Double Dynamo from the 2012-13 SoCon Wars
Afreyea Tolbert shone as a senior guard for the College of Charleston Cougars in the 2012-13 season, notching six double-doubles—including a 20-point, 14-rebound clinic vs. Furman that clinched a tournament bye—and earning SoCon Player of the Week honors after a 21-point upset at Davidson, powering wins in 7 of 10 double-figure scoring games. Her relentless rebounding tenacity and clutch intensity make her a differentiator for teams craving gritty, versatile guards who elevate in big moments—perfect fit if you need proven mid-major leadership without the D1 hype.
