Veteran BC defensive back with limited on-field résumé
In the 2016 season, E.J. Fortenberry was a senior defensive back for Boston College, appearing in one game and recording his first career tackle against Connecticut. His profile suggests a depth-piece defender rather than a volume stat producer, but that can still matter on special teams and in the room: he brings veteran presence, experience in the program, and the kind of back-end reliability coaches value when filling out a roster.
