Durable lefty with strikeout pedigree and a pro step forward
Morin’s 2026 profile reads like a dependable left-handed innings-eater who finished his Canisius career with his best season, posting a 2.77 ERA and 87.2 innings while climbing to No. 6 on the program’s all-time strikeout list with 200 career punchouts. He also earned MAAC All-Academic recognition in 2024 and 2025, suggesting both competitiveness and consistency. For a team, the appeal is clear: he brings size, experience, and a track record of missing bats, and his recent signing with Québec Capitales shows pro organizations see something worth betting on.
