Veteran DB with Proven Tackling Pedigree from SEMO
Warren Byrd, a 6-0, 205-lb junior DB who transferred from Southeast Missouri State to Delta State in 2022, brings battle-tested experience with 22 tackles, 3 INTs, and 1 fumble recovery from his Rosa Fort HS senior year, plus Hudl highlights showcasing ball skills and speed at FS/SS. His physicality and junior college tape suggest a reliable, intense cover defender ideal for teams needing depth in the secondary—low injury flags, high-motor traits make him a sneaky fit for competitive FCS or G5 programs chasing immediate contributors.
