UIW’s steady long-snap specialist with upside in a niche role
Matthew Swanson is listed as a long snapper for UIW, a role that can quietly swing hidden-yardage battles on special teams, and he’s exactly the kind of dependable, low-drama fit coaches love. Publicly available data here is limited, but his value profile is clear: if you need a snapper who brings consistency, technique, and special-teams reliability rather than headline stats, he fits that mold. Long snappers are judged on precision under pressure, and Swanson’s appeal is in that exact kind of steadiness.
