Idaho’s Intense 6-9 Center with a 9-Point Career High and Elite Field Efficiency
Joe Kammerer, the Idaho Vandals’ 6-9, 240-pound center, stands out for his relentless intensity, elite field efficiency (49.3% FG), and a career-high 9 points scored in 2012 against Walla Walla University. Though his per-game stats are modest (1.5 PPG, 1.4 RPG in 34 games), his differentiators include a powerful physical presence, a 60% shooting rate from two-point range in his peak game, and a personality marked by grit and coachability. He played from 2009–2014, earning a Broadcasting & Digital Media degree, and has no known injury history. Kammerer is a high-fit defensive anchor for teams needing a tough, efficient interior presence who brings more heart than flash.
