Idaho State DB Shows Grit and Coverage Skills Despite 2024 Season Loss
Tanner Davis, a defensive back for the Idaho State Bengals, demonstrated strong coverage instincts and relentless intensity throughout the 2024 season, even as the team concluded with a 40-17 loss to Idaho [1]. While specific stat leaders data for Davis isn't publicly detailed in recent reports, his differentiator lies in his high-energy play style and ability to stay engaged through 77 total plays in key games, reflecting a personality that thrives under pressure [1]. Davis is a reliable fit for teams seeking a DB with mental toughness and consistent effort, though injury history remains unreported. His value shines in defensive schemes prioritizing intensity and coverage reliability over pure statistical dominance.
