Louisiana Tech Guard with Modest Bench Spark (2015-16)
Ruby Richie, a 5-6 guard for the Louisiana Tech Lady Techsters, appeared in 24 games during the 2015-16 season, averaging 0.6 points, 0.4 rebounds, and 0.6 assists while shooting 23% from the field and 75% from the line—solid fundamentals from a freshman reserve. Her hustle off the bench adds reliable energy without demanding minutes, making her a low-risk fit for teams needing depth and intangibles like quick decision-making. Why care? She's a gritty role player who embodies team-first intensity, though limited scoring suggests she's best as a developmental specialist, not a star.
