Tugba Palazoglu brings disruptive guard play and veteran edge to Western Illinois
Palazoglu is a crafty, defense-leaning guard whose game has long been defined by ball pressure, steals, and experienced composure rather than flashy scoring. Her broader career profile shows she has been used as a rotation guard in high-level international play, where she produced 2.3 steals per game in a FIBA EuroCup Women stint and has been recognized as a reliable backcourt piece with steady value beyond the box score. If a team needs toughness, discipline, and a guard who can make opponents uncomfortable, she’s a strong fit.
