Elite OL Coach Driving McNeese’s Top-3 National Offense
Cutter Leftwich is not a player but the offensive line coach for McNeese Cowboys (joined UNT staff in Dec 2023, previously at McNeese as OL in 2018–2019). In 2024, under his guidance, McNeese’s offense ranked third nationally in total offense and fourth in passing offense. His differentiators include a data-driven approach, intense film study habits, and a reputation for molding raw freshmen into NFL-ready linemen. Formerly a true-freshman starter at McNeese (2018), he knows the grind of early-career OL development. His intensity level is unmatched—he’s known for 6 AM practice sessions and personalized technique drills. Personality-wise, he’s direct, witty, and deeply invested in player growth. If you’re building a team, Leftwich is a perfect fit: he delivers elite OL cohesion, boosts scoring efficiency, and instills a winning culture. You should care because he’s the architect behind McNeese’s historic offensive surge.
