veteran Georgetown DL with proven game experience
Elijah English is a Georgetown defensive lineman whose value comes from experience and early-career production, including game action as a junior and tackles in the 2016 season opener against Davidson[2]. Georgetown’s roster profile also notes he was recognized by the Patriot League, which suggests he has been viewed as a legitimate contributor in the program[2]. For a team, that points to a dependable, system-friendly interior defender rather than a flashy stat-sheet player—someone you’d want for discipline, physicality, and rotational depth[2][3].
