Cal Poly’s high-IQ guard who can score, create, and lead
Ariana Elegado stood out at Cal Poly as a versatile guard who could stuff the stat sheet and elevate teammates, including a 22-point, 8-rebound, 5-assist effort in a Big West win over UC Riverside and a season stretch where she averaged 17.0 points per game as the team’s top scorer.[2][7] Reliable sources also described her as a true leader and energetic presence, with first-team all-conference production built around scoring, playmaking, and toughness rather than empty volume.[6][8] If you want a guard who brings pace, competitiveness, and on-court command, Elegado fits that profile.[6][8]
