Jocelyn McClary is a breakout arm already earning weekly honors for NDSU
In the 2026 season, the North Dakota State freshman pitcher/outfielder from Eagan, Minn., has made a loud first impression: she opened with 14.2 scoreless innings, 14 strikeouts, just one walk, and a save, then added a complete-game shutout and a second weekly Summit League honor. The 6-1 lefty looks like a high-floor, high-upside fit because she combines poise, strike-throwing, and starter-quality endurance with real run-prevention ability—exactly the kind of arm that can stabilize a staff and grow into more.
