Courtney Young brings depth to Alcorn State’s receiver room, but his 2026 role appears limited so far
Courtney Young is a 5-foot-11, 192-pound WR on Alcorn State’s 2026 roster, but the available 2026 team stats do not show him as a receiving leader yet, which suggests he’s more of a depth or rotational piece right now than a headline target. The Braves’ passing game has been spread around, with multiple receivers contributing modestly, so Young’s value would likely come from reliability, physicality, and winning a role in a crowded room rather than eye-popping volume. If you want a steady, tough receiver who can earn snaps, he’s one to watch.
