John Evans is a former Western Kentucky running back, not a current Hilltopper feature back
The available records point to John Evans as a **2011 Western Kentucky signee** from Riverview High in Sarasota, listed as a 5-10/5-11, 165-195-pound running back with a modest recruiting profile rather than a current 2026 impact player[1][2]. In other words, if you are evaluating present-day roster fit, this is not a recent production guy with fresh stat-leader relevance—more a historical WKU name than a live-depth-chart differentiator[1][2][3].
