Gus Little brings size, experience, and a linebacker’s mentality to JMU
Gus Little is a 6-3, 233-pound linebacker whose value is built on length, physicality, and comfort in the middle of the defense; he transferred to James Madison after time at Maryland and has the look of a sturdy, downhill run defender. JMU’s roster lists him as a redshirt sophomore from Fredericksburg, and ESPN shows him as an active Dukes linebacker, while his earlier college stat line featured 37 tackles, a fumble recovery, and a pass breakup in the 2017 season. If you want a big-bodied LB with experience and steady special-teams/rotational upside, he’s worth a look.
