James Walton brings veteran size and trench savvy to Northern Arizona’s front
James Walton is a former Northern Arizona defensive lineman listed at 6'2", 250 lbs, and he earned Third Team All-Big Sky recognition in 2017, which signals real conference-level impact. His value is the classic interior-DL package: sturdy frame, experience, and enough production to have stood out in a competitive league. The key reason to care is fit—he profiles as a dependable, physical line piece who can help anchor a defense rather than just flash in highlight plays.
