Explosive Houston edge defender with proven sack production
David Anenih is a high-motor, disruptive DL/edge defender whose best selling point is **pass-rush juice**: at Houston, he finished with **99 tackles and 20.5 sacks** across five seasons and earned **All-AAC First Team** honors as a senior. His tape and pro reports consistently point to burst off the edge and pressure potential, but his NFL path has been more about earning a role than stacking regular-season production, as he has bounced among practice squads and camp rosters without yet appearing in an NFL regular-season game. He fits teams looking for an energetic, sack-minded depth rusher rather than a polished every-down defender.[7][13][18][19]
