Isaac VanderWoude is giving Belmont a timely left-handed spark with pop and hustle
In the 2026 season, Isaac VanderWoude has flashed real impact for Belmont: he’s hit a two-run homer, reached base multiple times in key games, and has also shown basin-running juice with a steal-and-score profile that helps him change innings rather than just finish them. Belmont lists him as a 6'0", 185-pound INF and recent game notes show him as a table-setter who can swing momentum, while his background suggests a competitive, team-first edge. If your club wants an energetic infield bat with some sneaky extra-base upside, he’s worth a hard look.
