UConn RHP with proven strikeout upside and weekend-ready experience
Trumpour brings a power arm profile with real swing-and-miss potential, highlighted by a 12-strikeout summer stint in 8.2 innings for Albany in 2023 and a 2024 breakout at SNHU that earned him NE10 Pitcher of the Year honors. The draw here is his track record of succeeding in multiple settings, which suggests competitiveness and adaptability, not just raw stuff. He looks like a good fit for a staff that values pitchers who can miss bats, attack aggressively, and translate to bigger competition without shrinking under the lights.
