Jacob Tafoya brings size, speed, and tackling range to Air Force’s secondary
Tafoya stands out for his **size-speed blend** and proven production, with listed measurables around 6-foot-1 to 6-foot-2, 188 to 210 pounds, and a 4.65 forty, plus 47 tackles in 12 games in one recent stat line; he also saw game action at Air Force in 2022 and logged an unassisted tackle against Colorado, which suggests a player with real physical upside rather than just projection. [1][3][4] For a team, he fits as a tough, versatile defensive back whose value is in closing speed, contact ability, and developmental ceiling more than flash.
