Zion Dayne brings veteran Yale DNA and special-teams edge to the Bulldogs' defensive front
Zion Dayne is a Yale defensive lineman who has been valued more for his disruptive, team-first role than for gaudy box-score stats; in Yale’s 2023 roster notes, he was credited with depth on the DL and blocked kicks against Princeton and Harvard, which screams impact player with high motor and awareness. He entered Yale as a 6-foot-3, 240-pound recruit and later played around 228 pounds, giving him a versatile frame for leverage and quickness. If your team wants a smart, assignment-sound, physical defender who can help on special teams, he’s a strong fit.
