Jerome Johnson brings proven interior line toughness to Norfolk State
Jerome Johnson is a **battle-tested DL** whose value comes from size, leverage, and the kind of trench consistency coaches love; at Indiana, he finished his career with **111 tackles and 13.5 sacks**, showing he could disrupt plays rather than just occupy space, and Norfolk State’s roster notes also show he was trusted enough to be one of the first linemen off the bench earlier in his career. That profile suggests a player who fits best in a defense that wants physicality, discipline, and dependable interior depth over flash.
