Tim Marshall brings compact, physical DB value to Coastal Carolina
Tim Marshall is a 5-foot-9, 190-pound junior defensive back for Coastal Carolina in the 2026 season, and that frame usually signals a player who has to win with leverage, urgency, and tackling edge rather than pure length. The Chanticleers list him on their roster, but publicly available stat detail is limited, so the bigger story is fit: Marshall looks like a sturdy, under-the-radar secondary piece who can compete in a physical system and help in run support if his instincts and consistency hold up.
