Zach Brown brings veteran wing toughness to Wichita State
Zach Brown is a 6-foot-6 Wichita State forward known for defense-first versatility, physicality, and doing the dirty work that helps good teams win. In his 2017-18 season at Wichita State, he averaged 4.6 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 20.3 minutes per game, and earlier in his career he was often assigned to the opponent’s top scorer. That kind of role player value matters: he fits best on a team that wants toughness, switchable defense, and low-drama production rather than a high-usage scorer.
