Kelvin Perry brings ball skills and veteran depth to MVSU’s secondary
Kelvin Perry is a senior DB at Mississippi Valley State whose profile shows real playmaking upside: in the 2001 season, he recorded 1 interception for 20 return yards, giving him a concise but meaningful stat line as a takeaway threat. His value is less about gaudy volume and more about veteran steadiness, field awareness, and being in the right place to finish plays. For a team, he reads like a depth-chart stabilizer with turnover juice—a fit if you want disciplined back-end support and opportunistic coverage over flash.
