Matt Gill is a steady, experienced linebacker for Lafayette
Gill profiles as a reliable, physical LB who brings consistency more than flash: in the 2024 season he appeared in all 12 games and finished with 22 tackles, showing durability and trust from the staff. His value is in being assignment-sound, willing to play through the grind, and capable of giving Lafayette stable depth in the linebacker room.
