WKU’s high-usage, shot-making veteran guard with international polish
Abdelgawad is a 5-foot-11 senior guard for Western Kentucky who has already proven she can carry a scoring load, finishing her latest completed WKU season as the nation’s 25th-leading scorer and C-USA’s No. 2 scorer at 19.5 points per game, with four 30-point outings and a 26-point freshman breakout that showed real alpha juice[1][7]. She brings a mix of size, toughness, and high-IQ guard play, plus international production for Egypt at AfroBasket 2025, where she averaged 13.3 points per game[8][15]. If you want a guard who can create her own shot and compete fearlessly, she’s absolutely worth the look[1][10].
