a rugged, battle-tested NDSU guard with championship pedigree
Tyler Gimmestad is a former North Dakota State offensive guard who was a three-year starter and three-time national champion, with the Bison describing him as a strong, physical player who even switched from defense to offensive line in 2011. His differentiator is reliability: he started 29 of 43 career games and was named Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Lineman of the Week in 2012, which tells you he could anchor the interior when the lights got bright. If you want a tough, proven trench guy with winning habits, he fits the bill.
