Dewan Thompson Jr. brings veteran slot spark to Lamar’s passing game
Dewan Thompson Jr. is a proven, experienced wideout for Lamar, with career production that includes 60 receptions for 669 yards and five touchdowns, plus added value as a runner in the 2018 season with 90 rushing yards and a score. He’s the kind of chain-moving, versatile receiver who can stress defenses with quickness and ball-in-hand creativity rather than just raw size. If a team wants a dependable veteran who can create after the catch and handle gadget looks, he’s a fit; if it’s looking for a big-bodied jump-ball target, that’s not his lane.
