Jude Keelen brings a compact, physical DB profile to Texas Southern
Jude Keelen is a 5-foot-10, 190-pound defensive back from Katy, Texas, and Texas Southern listed him on its 2019 roster as a redshirt freshman at DB. His best calling card is sturdy, compact build and physicality in coverage support—traits that can translate well for a defensive back who has to tackle and close space. Publicly available Texas Southern stats from 2019 show he appeared in seven games, but there is no current season production readily available in the sources reviewed, so the fit question hinges more on upside, toughness, and special-teams value than headline numbers.
