Steady Academic Standout with Untapped Guard Potential for Fairfield Stags
Jocelyn Polansky, a resilient guard for the Fairfield Stags, earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors in the 2022-23 season after appearing in a career-high 17 games, averaging 0.5 PPG, 0.3 RPG, and 0.1 APG on 24.4% FG—highlighting her role as a dependable bench contributor in clutch moments like her game-tying layup vs. Rider. As a pre-med student (noted in recent Utah State clips), her differentiator is elite discipline and work ethic, making her a low-risk, high-upside fit for teams seeking intense, team-first players who excel off-court and grow into scoring threats.
