Caleb Dowden offers Campbell a steady, experienced kicking option
Caleb Dowden gives Campbell a veteran-specialist profile: a 5-foot-11, 175-pound kicker who has also handled punting duties, which adds roster flexibility and game-day value.[1][2] His Mercer track record shows usable leg strength and situational composure — including a 57-yard punt, 12 punts inside the 20, and field-goal work that included a perfect 2-for-2 from 40-49 yards in 2020 — traits that matter if you need a dependable, versatile depth piece rather than a pure one-role specialist.[2]
