Lisa Fors brings length, feel, and a polished inside game to Idaho State
Fors profiles as a smart, versatile forward who stands out for her court awareness, passing, and reliable touch around the basket, making her more than just a traditional post presence[1]. At 6-foot-1, she has the size to play physically, but the differentiator is her feel for the game—she can fit into a system that values decision-making, ball movement, and low-mistake frontcourt play[1][6]. If you want a forward who can contribute with IQ and efficiency rather than pure volume scoring, she is a strong fit.
