DePaul’s Serbian shooter brings instant spacing, but the scoring is still warming up
Ilija Milijasevic is a 6-2 guard from Belgrade who arrives with a real calling card: shooting. DePaul lists him as a 2025-26 addition after he hit 45% from three in Serbia’s Adriatic League and averaged 12.4 points, 3.7 assists, and 2.9 rebounds for Serbia at the 2024 FIBA U20 Eurobasket; in the 2025-26 season, he has been a low-usage rotation piece for DePaul, averaging 2.1 points in 16 games. He looks like a fit for teams that need perimeter spacing, poise, and a grown-up international guard who can stretch the floor and make the simple reads.
