Elite Free-Throw Guard with High Steal Intensity for Central Connecticut State
Chris Williams, a 5'11" G/F for Central Connecticut State Blue Devils, stands out as the team's most reliable scorer from the line with a .913 free-throw percentage (21-of-23) in the 2019 season, while averaging 3.9 points and 2.4 rebounds per game across 27 appearances (14 starts). His differentiator is his relentless defensive intensity, tallying 21 steals and a season-high 17 points against Hannibal-LaGrange, paired with a clutch personality that sank all eight free throws in a key contest. Though he has no reported injury history, his high-energy, steal-first mindset makes him a perfect fit for teams needing a versatile guard who elevates pressure defense and finishes cleanly under pressure, even if his scoring volume is modest.
