Grace Rowan brings two-way upside and legit power to UMass Lowell
Rowan enters UMass Lowell as a right-handed pitcher with verified velocity in the low-60s and a strong changeup, but her biggest differentiator is rare two-way value: she also set a Hood River Valley single-season home run record with 10 in 2025 and finished her high school career holding multiple offensive records.[2][1][9] She looks like a high-ceiling add for a staff that wants athleticism, competitiveness, and lineup flexibility, though her early college pitching results still need to catch up to the recruiting buzz.[8][5][10]
