Columbia's Versatile Senior Forward Making His Mark
Staab, a 6-5 forward from Tulsa, Oklahoma, is enjoying a career year in the 2011-12 season for the Columbia Lions. The senior showcased his two-way potential early on, recording a double-double (11 points, 12 rebounds) with four steals in his first collegiate start against UConn. A reliable frontcourt contributor, Staab brings solid rebounding instincts, defensive versatility, and improved offensive consistency (45.1% FG). His willingness to contribute across multiple facets—scoring, rebounding, and perimeter defense—makes him a valuable complementary piece for teams seeking a hard-nosed, multi-dimensional forward.
