Sorie Bayoh brings veteran edge, versatility, and a nonstop motor
Bayoh’s appeal is less about flashy box-score production and more about reliable, veteran-value traits: he’s been described by Rutgers as versatile, athletic, and playing with a nonstop motor and great passion, which is exactly the kind of trench-energy a defense can use. He also has a unique background—Rutgers listed him as a DE after he came in as a linebacker, and his path includes college football plus later pro experience, adding maturity and football IQ. The big question for a new roster fit is role clarity, but the fit is obvious for a team that wants effort, toughness, and flexibility.
