physical LB depth piece with upside in Missouri State’s defensive rotation
Cedric Cotton profiles as a **hard-nosed linebacker** whose value goes beyond box-score production: he brings toughness, contact readiness, and the kind of downhill mentality that fits a defense looking for reliable run support and special-teams impact. Publicly available, Missouri State-specific performance data on his current season is limited, so the best read is that he projects as a **fit for teams needing effort, physicality, and positional versatility** rather than a pure headline star. If your staff values intensity, competitiveness, and a player who can carve out snaps by doing the dirty work, he’s worth a close look.
