Danté Butler brings proven versatility and veteran reliability to Tulane’s backfield
Danté Butler is a steady, multi-use running back who has produced both as a runner and receiver at Tulane, with 70 carries for 371 yards and 25 catches for 156 yards in his career. He stands out more for reliability, pass-game value, and experience than highlight-reel explosiveness, which makes him a useful fit for a staff that wants a dependable depth piece who understands leverage, spacing, and assignments. If you need a tough, football-smart back who can contribute in multiple ways, Butler is worth a look.
