High School Dual-Threat Star Turned ACU Wildcat FB/OLB Experiment
Colton Cohea exploded as a senior in 2015 with 1,452 passing yards & 20 TDs plus 1,337 rushing yards & 18 TDs at Sinton HS, while dominating defensively (54 tackles, 31 solo, 4.9 TPG as a 1st-team 4A DB), but transitioned to FB/OLB at Abilene Christian in 2016 with no recorded college stats—now likely post-collegiate after a track stint at TAMUCC. His rare two-way versatility, physicality, and hustle make him a gritty, high-motor differentiator for teams seeking tough, multi-positional depth over pure stats.
