Kamwanga’s glue-guy value: efficient, physical, and experienced at UT Martin
In the 2024-25 season, David Kamwanga was UT Martin’s lone returning senior forward and was sidelined by injury, but his 2023-24 production showed a low-usage, high-efficiency role: 26 games, 4 starts, 8.3 minutes per game, 51.4% shooting, and 2.7 rebounds per game. He looks like a sturdy, 6-foot-7, 220-pound connector forward who brings size, rebounding, and toughness more than flashy scoring. The big question is health; if he’s fully back, he’s the kind of mature, physical frontcourt piece that helps winning teams do the dirty work.
