Daishawn Brimage brings veteran Akron depth with a compact, efficient receiver profile
Brimage is a hometown Akron product who has shown dependable, low-drama production for the Zips, with 3 career catches for 33 yards and a strong 11.0 yards per catch mark in the 2018 season. The stat line is modest, but the fit is easy to see: he offers local pride, experience, and a receiver profile built more on reliability than flash. For a team valuing toughness, familiarity, and a player who knows the college game’s grind, Brimage is the kind of depth piece worth a closer look.
