Stephan Bennett brings veteran size and Texas Southern toughness
Stephan Bennett is a 6-foot-10 forward who gives Texas Southern a big, experienced body in the frontcourt, with a profile built more on physicality, rebounding presence, and interior defense than flash. Publicly available records show his Texas Southern stint in the 2016-17 season, but there isn’t enough current stat-tracking or recent reliable coverage here to verify 2026 production, rankings, or recent form. If you need a steady, high-motor interior piece who can absorb contact and fit a defense-first identity, Bennett’s archetype makes sense; if you need a high-usage scorer, he’s not that guy.
