Southern Utah’s Developing Cover Corner
Brian Kofoed is a Southern Utah cornerback prospect to watch because his value will come from coverage discipline, tackling reliability, and special-teams versatility rather than gaudy box-score stats; however, the available public roster data does not provide current season production, rankings, or recent scouting notes, so his exact 2026 impact is not verifiable from the sources provided. If you need a low-drama, role-player CB who can compete on the edge and grow into a system fit, Kofoed is the kind of athlete worth tracking.
