not currently on App State’s 2026 roster radar
I couldn’t verify any current 2026 Appalachian State football roster or stat-line for Jim Bob Norman, and the available App State source only shows him as a former spring-scrimmage roster name from 2017 rather than an active player. Because of that, there’s no reliable current-performance, ranking, or stat-leader evidence to judge his fit right now; if you’re tracking a receiver for App State, the real question is whether he’s been misidentified or is in another program entirely.
